Isn't it wonderful? I totally love it. I didn't do that, of course. I'm not that good! It was all Dawn's work! Whee, I'm so glad we have a good graphics designer in our group. =D And the LaceDown logo is all her work too!

The audition for the Moon People just now was bad. I got more and more freaked out when it came closer to my turn, I dunno why. It has never happened to me before. My jaw actually trembled while I sang (don't even talk about my voice) and I even had to hold it once or twice to stop it from trembling before it got too embarrassing. We had to sing in front of everyone who was auditioning. VERY scary.

I didn't even dare to try a 2nd time at singing, 'cos she was still there. Maybe because the sight of her unconsciously made me want to be better than her? But after I heard her, my heart just broke. She may not be able to sing very well, but she has a nice voice, just that she doesn't know how to sing properly. And my heart broke because I knew I'd never compare to her. She's just better than me. I hope she didn't recognise me.

Why am I starting to have an inferiority complex now? I didn't used to have one. I've become a coward. And now I know that I'm so average that I don't even have one thing I can do well at. I thought I was quite good at AudioPro, until I realised that Krystal and Jeanne were better. I used to think I could sing quite well, but now I know it's all in my head. I can't even do what I love because I know I can never be the best at it.

Why am I having such an inferiority complex???

By the way, I thought Jodin and Chuckie were GOOD. I hope they get in. ^^ I hope she doesn't get in, but I bet she will. There's evidence based on her confidence alone. She reminds me of XQ in so many ways.

19/07/05 (Monday)

Worked an almost full shift today, which means I worked from 8.30am all the way to 10.30pm. But I said "almost", which means I didn't! =P Kelly let me off at 8pm, or they'd probably have a dead girl lying at their doorstep. Hahaha...

Funny how come out of the 2 times that I've had to work 8.30am shifts, I always reach early to find that Dome isn't open. First time was because Seow Wei woke up late, and this time it was because Susan Mummy woke up late. Lol... I was so tired but I couldn't sleep! I could've woken up an hour later, thanks to Mummy. =.=

And I just found out from Kelly that Mummy used to be Dome PM's manager 5 years back. I didn't know! And now she's back again. Lol... She's a very nice manager, considering that I keep breaking stuff and voiding items until she's probably quite pissed off but she never screams at me. I feel bad that I keep doing it though, so I shall resolve to be a better waitress.

There was a new part-timer today and Kelly made me his mentor. He looks like Kunda! Smiles and sounds like him too. Lol... And his jokes are as lame as Kunda. Hmmm, maybe I miss Eg abit too much. Lol...

But Mummy and Da Lian (Wendy, our chef. She's Da Lian, I'm Xiao Lian, Mummy's Lao Lian - Durian! Wahahaha!) were quite irritating. After I finished teaching him most of the stuff from the menu, they asked whether 我是在教他还是在放电. -______-"

They said he can be my 接班人 though. First day at work and he's already broken 4 cups. Hehehe... Sounds familiar? I have a reputation at Dome for breaking stuff too! =P

Went to school to wait for Alvin to finish filming his Project Pilot. Haha... Have to admit that his acting... OK LAH. =P Cannot let him have big head. Didn't get to see much of his acting anyway (since I arrived when they were shooting the very last scene) so I can't judge. =P But there was one close shave.

I was sitting by the side watching them film but I didn't realise until too late that the camera had swung towards me and I was about to get caught in the footage. You should've seen how fast I jumped off the chair and scurried to behind the partitions with another girl. Lol... The 2 of us then started phew-ing away and saying "Heng ah!" and laughing to each other. Hahaha... Stupid Alvin later still have the guts to come over and laugh at me, "Wah, you just now run very fast hor?" =.= Why didn't they ask us to evacuate that space earlier??

Now the very lame song from the Katong Boys is stuck in my head. And I can't forget how Dominic looks like when he sings "I want a Teh Bing..." HAHAHA...
