WARNING!

It was a perfect day for tanning at the beach, so I asked Ade to go Sentosa with me!


"So excited, so excited!"


Wonderful weather, and most importantly, no crowd to snatch the beach from us!


I got restless after lying down for 10min. The sky was rumbling ominously anyway.


Ade doesn't look too happy about the (soon-to-be) change of weather.


But I still am. =D




Never see me wear bikini before right? Well, time for you to 大开眼界!

But I'm actually not, you can ask Ade. All my fats spilling out. Wahaha... Even she also cannot tahan. =P

There are lotsa cute dogs at Sentosa. People like showing off their golden retrievers especially.

Then it started drizzling. Bah! We had to pack up and seek shelter at the toilet.


"Why liddat??"

When bored, start taking wacky pictures to pass your time.





Then we got bored of taking pics, so we hopped on the next tram that came along.




I paid attention during photography lessons k! Look! Depth of field!

.... Just another cute doggie. Leonard says if you look at this picture from the left side of your screen, it will look like a naked man trying to hide behind a car. Now you know what goes on in his mind all the time. =P


Look at this woman!! She is very sud! You see like that, you'll think she's quite sud already right? But no! She is actually old! If you were there, you would've seen the wrinkles on her stomach. Omg... My 偶像 lah.

After waiting for about half an hour, the drizzle still hadn't stopped, so we finally decided to shower. But when we came out out of the toilet, the sun was out again!


BAH!



An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

There's graffiti at Sentosa! I didn't know!



See that drink I'm drinking? It's a banana shake. And I got it for $3, U.P. $3.50. Because 1) I didn't bring enough cash with me, and 2) I told the uncle my birthday just passed. Wahaha...


The very kind uncle who gave me such a nice banana shake. Summore filled it to full, ask me drink summore, fill again, and ask me drink summore again. Very very full man, the cup.



Ade and I found our "golden tickets"!!

Actually they're just tickets into Cinemania lah.


We're going into the Chocolate Factory!

Cinemania was quite ok lah, I guess you have to make it fun by screaming even though it's not scary at all. Lol...

Next stop: Orchid Gardens!

This chapel looks quite nice on the outside, but it's quite creepy inside. It's so small but your voice echoes inside.

Volcanoland!


I'm scared of dinosaurs! (yeah right. -.-)


But Ade seems to love it.

Photography lesson no.1

Cameras can play tricks on the eyes. See the pictures below. Doesn't it look like we went into the forest or something?









But we didn't! We were just walking on the drain covers outside Volcanoland. Wahaha...

Next stop: Tembusu Grove

Yes, there's a Tembusu Grove in Sentosa! =D




"Over there!"

There are weird things in Tembusu Grove. There's a clearing full of mushrooms.



And we found a weird gnome squatting by a mushroom.





And a fairy who thinks she's flying when she's only standing on the tallest mushroom.




An old man sat beside a tree,
And fell asleep at half past three.
By four o'clock the roots had crept,
Across his body as he slept.
By five the fiery sun dipped low,
Leaves from his head began to grow.
As daytime yielded to the dark,
His skin turned slowly into bark.

We found a lane leading into the forest.


"Hmmm, where does this lead to?"


"C'mon kids, let's go check it out!"


"Off we go, fearless adventurers..."


And it's only a generator. This is what comes of being too kaypoh.

Then, at the musical fountain, we came across 2 models filming an advertisement!

Shoop! And she got sucked into the flower...



We even got to mingle with parrots.

Ade's birthday village. It was found in the year and month she was born in.

Me: Hey, what are those?
Ade: Where?
Me: There, those birds! Look so familiar...


Ever seen baby peacocks? So cute!



Then we walked for a very long time on the bike trail. Was damn tired when we finally reached civilisation.


I found Stephanie's Roti Mama! Hahaha...

That tiny person at the bottom is Ade. That's how big the Merlion is!

The little river beside the Merlion is quite pretty.



We went to the Spice Garden later. This is the only interesting part in it.


Scarecrow! How rare are scarecrows now!! So cool man!!!


We intended to include the very nice waterfall behind us, but my crazy camera started to no batt again, so cannot take a second time. Haiz... =(

This picture is damn hilarious. Actually, I couldn't see a thing through the binoculars, 'cos we didn't put any money in it. =P

We waited ages for the Green Line, 'cos we wanted to take this bus.


Double decker! Open top! So cool!


I tell you, I love this bus. I wish Singapore everywhere also have. But quite impossible, since it rains almost all the time. T_T

We stayed on the bus for 2 rounds, and I fell asleep. That silly girl still wanted me to go Dragon Trail with her! She must be nuts!!
