I saw Ms. Adeline Loh outside Dome today! I think she abit stunned to see me, and probably forgot my name too, but she can recognise my face lah. Her husband was with her, so I finally got to see how he looks like. If I remember correctly, his name is John, but she didn't tell me his name of course. I only remember it from the one time she accidentally let it slip while talking to Ms. Quek during choir. =P

And I found a pair of funky specs that Ah Tok (this old malay man who looks like a carebear and is a cleaner at Parkmall) gave us. It's really interesting! So I decided to wear it while serving the customers, wanting to see their reactions.

Unfortunately, they didn't have much reaction. Either they're really nice people and think that I wear ugly specs for real, and they don't wanna hurt my feelings by laughing, or they don't find it amusing at all. I hope it's the former. But I really don't understand why they didn't laugh! It was all I could do to keep myself from laughing in their face, 'cos I kept catching glimpses of my reflection in the mirror and I looked ridiculous! Hahahaha...

But I took it off after about 20min, 'cos my eyes started to hurt. I'm wearing contacts, remember?


Suddenly, my eyes look ten times bigger.


There were a few pairs, so Ari put one on too. I purposely told him to button up his collar. HAHAHA...

31/10/05 (Monday)

Went tanning at Edith's condo in the afternoon. Our tanning plans were almost spoilt, due to the rain in the morning, but we got quite a satisfying tan in the end. It's a much better tanning experience at her condo than Sentosa, I must say! It'll be our new tanning location then!

Met a few of the Argon guys at Orchard in the evening. Shawn, Alan, Lester and Raymond. I was the only girl! Hahaha... We went to Dome at Shaw House and I was very lucky, Daddy, Cat and Wendy were all there. I managed to wrangle a 50% discount from them! Hehehe...

Needless to say, the guys were like super happy and we proceeded to order and eat our hearts out. Lol... They kept saying "50% leh! 不吃白不吃!" Even Raymond, who said he wasn't hungry, ordered pasta. LOL!!

I told them the story that Jin told me about the 格格 ghost and for the rest of the night, we kept cracking jokes about it. Damn funny lah. Those guys, can turn a scary ghost story into something freakishly funny. Hahahaha...

Our bill amounted to $129+ before discount. So much! Lol... We were stuffed after that meal man.

Then we went into one of the sex shops in Lucky Plaza. Boring lah. More of joke stuff than real sex toys lor. They had this super huge condom that Lester was super shocked at. He didn't believe it was real. Well, it is real, but the manufacturers don't really expect anyone to be able to fit into it! And they also had a teeny weeny one that could probably fit my pinkie. Lol...

We slacked at Spinelli's for awhile, trying to decided where to go. Since it was Halloween, we wanted to go clubbing, look at the different weirdo costumes. There was this group of people dressed up for Halloween which went into Heeren and this little boy was so freaked out by them that he started crying. Hahaha...

There was also DOTA, but Lester was sick of it, so that was out of the question. Wanted to Kbox too, but that led to nowhere. We really wanted to go clubbing, but entrance fee so ex, so in the end decided not to go lor.

Less than 5 hours left before I go pick up Jodin from the airport! Can't wait!
