"I'm Not Going"

Ohhhh... How that song gets on our nerves, I tell you. Yvonne, Gary and I watched Dreamgirls today, and we were so annoyed by Jennifer Hudson's 'And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going'. She went on and on for 5 minutes, hitting every single note on the scale that it got extremely irritating. We kept asking each other when it was going to end. Hahahaha...

Even funnier was Gary sinking down into the chair and mumbling "Oh no, not again..." when she broke out into that song for the second time.

But other than that, the movie was quite nice. A little weird though, like how Yvonne warned us, that they would break out into song halfway through the movie. Hahaha... But what can you expect from a Broadway musical turned into a movie? I think it was better suited for a stage production though, 'cos the whole plot was quite weak. Almost no climax. But the music made up for it though.

Other than Jennifer Hudson's "You're gonna love me..." about 10,000 times in that 10 minutes. I swear that song went on for almost 10 minutes! Hahaha... Ok, I'm over-exaggerating, but if you've watched it, you'll get what I mean.

Jamie Foxx is kinda ugly though, don't know why he gets all the good ladies. -.-" Beyonce's so pretty, and Jennifer Hudson sings so well! Lol... Not bad for her first movie role. ^^ We were kinda disappointed that she appeared last for the credits, but, as Yvonne said, save the best for the last. =)

Not to mention Effie's very cute brother, C.C. Hahaha... Oh! And our mad laughter everytime Jennifer Hudson shook her assets at the start of the movie. Seriously. We cannot stop laughing. Hahaha...

Plus Gary's "Oh man, he's so bastard!" when the whole theatre was silent. It was damn funny. The loud music ended just when he was commenting on Jamie Foxx. HAHAHAHA...

Those 2 people will be the death of me. They kept tapping their fingers every chance they could. NO, I'm not gonna explain the meaning of the tapping. You'll probably find out soon enough anyway. Hahaha... But it was sooo annoying, even though we laughed like mad most of the time. =P

The Law paper went very well! I didn't even study at all, which makes me feel quite bad. But, oh well. I think I'll get at least a B for my overall grade on Media Law. Almost all the answers were in the notes, and all I had to do was flip to the correct page. Hahahaha... And must thank Doggie for helping me out on my individual project. I got an A for it! ^^

Today was a very good day. =) Still got $62.50 from the budget claims we got from the tourism channel. Wheeeee... ^^ Tomorrow going to Sony Pictures for interview too. Ok, not really interview, just to fill in forms. Thanks, Yew Chong! ^^

Oh, and you guys should really check out this singer, Younha. Her live performance on Inkigayo is really phwoar. I very respect her now. Hahaha... Not that I never liked her before. Must thank Manda for intro-ing me to her music. =)

Whenever I think that I've forgotten and that I can forgive you all over again, I remember how I felt the last time and thankfully... I stop feeling so forgiving. Yay for me! ^^
