I cut my hair short today. You'd probably think I did it to signify the end of life in TP and a new beginning without it. That's probably half true, I don't know. Actually, I just decided to cut my hair because I felt like it. Too bad it kinda looks sucky. -.-"

I sat in front of my computer for a long time, thinking of what to write. Seriously, I really don't know where to start.

The last 6 days have been the most memorable ones in my life. Even though I envy the GLs for being able to make new friends with the freshies and amongst each other, I have no regrets, 'cos I got to know a bunch of amazing people as a Programmer.

It's been 3 years since I first met you. Thanks for being there every step of the way. Your experience and advice in Prog helped me a lot in the past 6 days, and the late night talks and whispered secrets every chance we got kept me strong. Our favourite phrase: "Let's talk about this later." Words alone are not enough to describe what I wanna say. You put a smile on my face, darling.

I can't remember when I first met you, same as how I can't remember when I first met Mao, but the earliest memory I have of you is back in FOW/FOC 04/05, when you were the HGL of Neon. If you can remember when, tell me. =)
Thanks too, for the late night talks and whispered secrets. I'm glad you trusted me enough to confide in me. I'll try to keep my promise to you as well. Thanks for offering to accompany me to do that one last thing on the last day, though I chickened out. I managed to do it later though. =) Maybe after this, we'll finally be able to be strong without them.

I'll miss you dearly. =( We'll have a Wah Lau Eh Gang gathering soon, I promise! And I'll make sure to invite our fanclub idol. =P

I'm grateful to Saf for intro-ing me to you, even though I got you into the worst club ever imagined. HAHAHA... I bet you loved I-Guides, didn't you? WAHAHA... Thanks for making me laugh all the time. Seriously, there's never a dull moment when you're around. =P I can't imagine life in TP without you man. I'll never forget our short-lived memories in I-Guides, as mascots, as subcomms in FO 06/07, and later Progs in FO 07/08. Even though I told you that I can't believe you're a law student, I'm sure you'd make the best lawyer ever. Just look at the number of times you shoot me and leave me unable to come up with a good enough comeback. -.-" You're the best bud a girl could ever have! =)

To Glenn, Elene and Xiuhui, you guys did a wonderful job as heads! I’ll really miss you guys! T_T

And to all the other loveable peeps in Prog: Gary, Tom, John, Han Lin, Gen, Charlene (I know you have a crush on my brother ok! =P), Wei Ping (my beloved hubby, because you called me your beloved wife =P), Steven, Ridhwan, Hazwan, and even Kenneth who keeps bullying me, I love you all! I’m glad that I had the chance to know you in Prog. =)

I feel quite bad about shooting that ‘Beautiful Girl’ during debrief all the time. I think she was going through some tough times personally, and nobody really needs other people adding onto their grief. Though I don’t think she really understood that I was being sarcastic back then, I still wanna apologize for being so mean.

Ok, now back to recounting the memorable FOW/FOC events:

1) The unresponsive Zilton in FOW
My goodness! It was so demoralizing trying to make them cheer! T__________T And Zilra was my favourite empire too! =(

2) Han Lin’s WTF
Priceless, that one. Everytime I see him now, all that goes through my head is “What the fuck?!” to the tune of ‘Wind It Up’.

3) Crazy Progs and ‘The Call’
Ours is the only subcomm you’ll find who sing National Day community songs at the top of our voices when we’re supposed to be having a debrief. =P Plus Shep’s MSN wink performed in real-life action that makes us crack up each time he does it, and ‘The Call’. I think Han Lin’s super afraid of that song now. =P

4) PP
Thought I’d forgotten to mention him, didn’t you? =P Hurhurhur… Maopong ah, Maopong. I’m sorry I accidentally called him PP when I hugged him on the last night. HAHAHA… But seeing how he’s such a TTPP, I don’t think he’ll get it anyway. =P

5) Bitching sessions
At SDC Level 1 and over supper. Really, we bitch about anything under the sun. WAHAHAHA… It’s fun, though.

6) Cam-whoring
I only managed to be there for one cam-whoring session at the foot reflexology park that night. =P The rest of the time, I was always hidden in my sleeping bag, dead to the world. LOL! Mel almost stepped on me too, ‘cos she thought I wasn’t there!

7) The Ngor Hiang cheer
Lai Hock has too much time on his hands. HAHAHA… Eh, Hock! How come Performance Night you were cheering without one slipper??

8) The ‘pleasingly irritating’ incident
It was revolting, yet in some way, fascinating, to keep recounting that incident. =P

9) Bookshop restocking sessions
According to Val, we are restocking our “sapalai”. =P We say that, but we still end up finishing all our food within 2 hours. It’s very sad lah! We gained weight instead of losing weight during camp!

Kinda disappointed that there was no Final Clash, but truth to tell, I’m all for it. This tradition has become somewhat of a chore, and I don’t think anyone enjoys it anymore. Oh look! It rhymes! LOL… Wish there’s a new game that could become the tradition instead. Anyway, I was super sad that there were no opposite school or Tampines Central games! ARGH! They were the highlight of my life ok! Just think of the bubble tea and snacks we could’ve gotten!

My heart hurts everytime I think about the last day of FO. In TP, I gained so many friendships, a love that didn't last long, and to top it all off, the things I'll miss most of all are the maggi mee goreng and half-boiled eggs from BizPark! I can't believe I only found out about their existence in my last semester in TP. =( Goodbye, my beloved food. I'll think about you when I eat low standard maggi mee goreng and half-boiled eggs outside. And Mensa Western! *sigh*
